Colin Hollett is a frenetic bundle of energy who blows onto the stage like a hilarious hurricane.
A small town guy with big city dreams, Colin’s entry into the world of stand-up comedy has been meteoric. His first time doing stand-up won him a spot in the regional finals of the “Great Canadian Laugh Off.” With his second set ever he finished first, earning him a trip to Toronto to represent St. John’s NL in the national “Great Canadian Laugh Off.” There he continued his success by immediately wining over the crowd with his simple but "everyone can relate to" material!
Only starting comedy in February of 09. Colin has already performed shows with some of the finest headliners on the Yuk Yuk's roster, and in June 2009 he appeared in the St. John's Comedy Festival!
Hollett’s wild abandon and contagious enthusiasm galvanizes his audience as he shares his stories of bridging the gap between awkward adolescent and self-confident adult that we can all relate to.
