Claire Brosseau has been performing all her life. She has traveled all over the world doing stand-up comedy, theatre, musicals, films & television. She has been a featured comedian on "The Strombo Show", Much Music's "Video On Trial", "The Laugh Attack" on XM radio, and the daytime talk show, "The Gill Deacon Show". She was also listed as one to watch- an up-and-coming comic in the Montreal Arts Weekly, The Hour magazine. Claire placed 1st in the Montreal chapter of the Homegrown competition, and will be representing her hometown at the Just For Laughs Festival's 25th anniversary.
In 2003, she was nominated for 'best actress' for a MECCA award for her performance in the play, Marion Bridge. In 2007, the readers of The Montreal Mirror voted for her as one of their favourite actresses. She studied improv with Toronto's Second City, and graduated from New York City's renowned Neighborhood Playhouse School Of The Theatre with a scholarship.
Claire's singing voice can be heard on several soundtracks for film & television. She currently lives in Toronto, and works as an actor, comedy writer, a singer, and a stand-up comedian.
