Sam Easton was born and raised in Vancouver Canada. His career started off with a bang by winning the Phil Hartman award presented to him by Dan Aykroyd and judged by Saturday Night Live creator Lorne Michaels. He was then nominated for two Canadian Comedy Awards for Best Stand-Up Newcomer as well as the Tim Sims Encouragement Award from Second City. He was a regular on the CW television series The Mountain as well as the hit Showtime series The L Word. He also guest starred on Howie Mandel’s show Howie Do It, CW’s Supernatural and CBC’s The Debaters on television and radio. His acting skills have been showcased in many movies including Steven Spielberg’s Taken, Decoy’s 2, The Underclassman, That One Night, Crossed, The Delicate Art of Parking, The Butterfly Effect and as the infamous Frankie Cheeks in Final Destination 3. He has multiple sets on the Comedy Network as well as a one hour comedy special that airs on CTV. His stand-up routine has taken him all over the world, including Israel, where his tour was filmed and turned into a documentary produced by the CBC.
